Things you should know
This Cartier Panthère is in excellent condition. The case is very strong, with almost no scratches or nicks. The bevels on the edges are visible, and the gold bezel shows only superficial scratches. The rear of the lugs has some scratches from the bracelet, and the interiors of both sets of lugs have light scratches.
The crystal is in good condition, with a more noticeable scratch in the top right corner, extending from 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock. However, it does not interfere with the visibility of the dial and is mostly visible under strong light.
The caseback shows all the engravings, and the serial number is clearly legible. The original red paint inside the engravings is still present, indicating the watch has been handled with care. A couple of additional nicks and scratches are visible on the caseback but do not affect the clarity of the engravings.
The dial and hands are in great condition, with no signs of oxidation on the hands. The dial remains crisp, having aged to a light cream color. The black Roman numerals are still deeply legible.
The bracelet is strong. The case, dial, bracelet, and movement all bear the Cartier signature.
