This Boucheron Carrée is a delightful example of a well-preserved vintage watch in excellent condition. The case has been polished only once or twice, maintaining its sharp bevels and reflecting careful handling over the years. The bezel, while exhibiting superficial scratches, retains its flat surfaces and brushed finish, further emphasizing its authenticity.
The case back has been minimally polished, leaving the serial number, engravings, and hallmarks deep and crisp. These details remain remarkably well-preserved, showcasing the natural charm of a timepiece that has been cherished for over 50 years.
The brushed finish of the dial pairs beautifully with the black Roman numerals, creating a striking aesthetic. It is in outstanding condition, complemented by well-preserved gold hands, which together enhance the watch’s understated elegance and timeless allure.
While the original strap is in poor condition, it retains the rare and original gold buckle—a valuable feature that is difficult to source. The watch is sold with both a new replacement strap and the original strap for added versatility.
