The caseback exhibits minimal scratching, with the Observatory emblem and stars retaining their clear and crisp detailing.

The dial presents a clean appearance with minimal patina. The hands and applied details on the "pie-pan" dial are in good condition, though some oxidation has developed. The dial itself is nearly flawless, with only a few minor marks observed above the constellation writing at 6 o'clock and a slight spiderweb mark between 5 and 6 o'clock. The glass is not original and has got some scratches due to everyday use.

While the bracelet is not original to Omega, it appears to be a beads-of-rice style bracelet likely from the same era. It exhibits decent condition overall, albeit with some scratching and notable stretching. The clasp displays scratching on both sides. Notably, the dial, case, movement, and crown are all appropriately signed by Omega, affirming their authenticity.
