REFUND POLICY
1. THE 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. STRICT "SAME CONDITION" RULE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Since we deal in vintage timepieces, condition is everything. The high-resolution photos provided in the listing and the pre-shipment report constitute the benchmark for the watch's condition.
Unworn Condition: The watch must not show any new signs of wear.
No New Marks: Even a single new "hairline" scratch on the case, clasp, or crystal, or a crease on a leather strap that was not present in the original photos, will be considered damage.
Do not open the watch: Any sign that the case back has been opened or tampered with will void the return eligibility immediately.
3. RETURN COSTS & LOGISTICS
While you have the right to return the watch, the cost depends on the reason for the return:
Scenario A: Defect or Discrepancy (Our Fault) If the item is defective, mechanically compromised, or substantially different from the description/photos, the return is 100% Free. We will cover all shipping and insurance costs.
Scenario B: Change of Mind (Your Choice) If the watch is as described but you simply changed your mind, the size doesn't feel right, or it doesn't suit your taste, you may still return it. However, you are responsible for the Logistics & Insurance costs. A Restocking Fee applies to cover the insured courier, calculated as: €100.00 (Flat Fee) + 1% of the Watch Value.
Procedure: This fee must be paid upfront via a secure payment link. Once paid, we will generate the insured shipping label for you.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact our Concierge at info@adastrawatches.com.
Do not ship the watch yourself. For security reasons, we only accept returns shipped via our provided insured courier (DHL Express / Ferrari Group).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
Check the outer Anti-Theft Bag for signs of tampering before signing.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@adastrawatches.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Watches that have been modified, opened, or tampered with by third parties (e.g., local watchmakers).
Watches damaged by water, magnetism, or misuse (as per our Terms of Service).
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
9. REFUNDS & RE-ENTRY INSPECTION
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The Re-Entry Inspection: Our watchmakers will verify that the watch is in the exact same mechanical and aesthetic condition as when it left our HQ, comparing it against the original high-resolution records.
Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Diminished Value: If the watch returns with new scratches, strap creases, or damage, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of restoration or the loss of value from the refund amount.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@adastrawatches.com.
