The Condition Report

This Cartier Must Vermeil, reference 590005, is presented in excellent aesthetic condition and is powered by a quartz movement. It comes accompanied by its complete set, including the original Cartier pouch, box, official warranty documentation, and the original gold-plated buckle.

The 24mm case retains its gold plating well, showing light surface scratches and minor indentations consistent with careful wear. Tiny traces of plating wear are visible only on the inside of the lugs near the strap attachment points. The caseback exhibits only minor superficial scratches, with all original engravings remaining crisp and fully legible. The glass crystal has been recently replaced, offering a clear view of the dial.

The cream-colored dial is in exceptional condition, notably free of the spidering effect frequently found on lacquered dials from this line. It features classic black Roman numerals paired with blued-steel sword hands

Performance Log
Upon arrival, every watch is verified for authenticity. The movement is then completely disassembled, and each individual component is cleaned. Once reassembled and lubricated, the timepiece undergoes a rigorous 72-hour test in all dynamic positions.

The technical values listed below are merely a snapshot recorded in the "Dial Up" position. Variations in amplitude or rate compared to modern standards are physiological for vintage timepieces.

Furthermore, strictly adhering to our philosophy of preservation, we prioritize retaining original components whenever possible, even if this results in slightly lower performance metrics, provided they do not compromise the reliability and correct functioning of the timepiece.
