The Condition Report

This Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, reference 56175ST, represents a unique opportunity to own a vintage icon in "as-new" condition, following a total overhaul by Audemars Piguet completed in January 2026.

The watch has just returned from a comprehensive restoration at the AP manufacture, totaling over €6,000 (invoice included). As part of AP’s service protocol for quartz movements older than 15 years replacements parts are not available anymore so the original caliber 2612 was replaced with the modern caliber 2712. Along with the movement, the dial and hands were also replaced by the manufacturer. The new blue dial features the signature "Tapisserie" motif, providing the classic and sought-after aesthetic of the Royal Oak.

The stainless steel case and integrated bracelet were fully refinished by Audemars Piguet to factory standards. Consequently, the watch is in excellent aesthetic condition, free of scratches, dings, or signs of wear. The bracelet is tight and fits a wrist of up to 17.5 cm.

This timepiece is covered by a two-year international service warranty from Audemars Piguet, valid from January 2026. It is a perfect choice for a collector seeking the vintage 33mm proportions of the 56175 with the reliability and peace of mind of a factory-fresh watch.

Performance Log
Upon arrival, every watch is verified for authenticity. The movement is then completely disassembled, and each individual component is cleaned. Once reassembled and lubricated, the timepiece undergoes a rigorous 72-hour test in all dynamic positions.

The technical values listed below are merely a snapshot recorded in the "Dial Up" position. Variations in amplitude or rate compared to modern standards are physiological for vintage timepieces.

Furthermore, strictly adhering to our philosophy of preservation, we prioritize retaining original components whenever possible, even if this results in slightly lower performance metrics, provided they do not compromise the reliability and correct functioning of the timepiece.
